We have a similar requirement for the right-click menu that appears for 
text boxes.  We user a control called Mabry Message Hook.  This control 
allows you to 'catch' messages before they are processed and modify the 
response.  You'd be able to 'catch' the right-click event on the web 
browser control and show you're own menu as appropriate.
