In you can use MSComm control for RS-232 communication.

   Hi,

   I would like to know if anyone has tried using Class methods to work
with RS-232 communications. I am in the mist of rewriting an old DOS
program and would like to gain some insight on how to Class methods for
RS-232 programming.
   Also if anyone can suggest reading material I would greatly appreciate
