With a menu control in VB6 on W2K, at run time I don't get the underscore
for the mnemonic assess character that should be produced by the amperand in
the item name. But I do get the underscore at design time. Otherwise,
everythings works as expected.

I see the same behaviour in the sample VBPs provided by MS. Has anyone else
encountered this problem and found a solution to it, please?
