On top of it, you need to install DCOM95(you can download it from Microsoft) 
for win95 or DCOM98 for win98 into the client machine. Also, you need to 
make sure you install the same version of MDAC(if you use ADO) into the 
clients machine as the one you use to compile the ActiveX.EXE.
