First, microsoft bundles Crystal Report as it's primary reporting tool in
earlier versions, then in VB6, it releases DataReport and only includes
Crystal Report somewhere in the third Visual Studio 6 CD, but then switches
back to Crystal Reports in VB.Net.  I guess people did not use the
DataReport much.  Thanks for the info.

It is Crystal Reports which is included with the Visual Studio .Net Beta 1.
It should be version 7 since I think Crystal Reports Version 8 came out
shortly before or after the release of Beta 1.
