You problem seems to be the Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM).
According to Error Codes in Windows NT (
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q155/0/11.ASP), at Code
1910L.  try to go to this web site and look for object exporter. This is the
only thing I can help.
