I have a seemingly simple problem that I cannot seem to figure out... How
would I go about causing the following effect:

PictureBox control is clicked and dragged
PictureBox control relocates itself to new location, as dragged
Setting (variable) limits how far picturebox can be dragged

Any ideas or suggestions? Sample code would be prime.
