I've never used it, but essentially I think it is a profiler to attempt to 
test the performance of DCOM applications between a client workstation and 
a box acting as a server. There is a portion of the APE that runs as a 
server process on this server box, and that is the component you are 
looking at.

As the performance of DCOM is so awful unless very carefully programmed, I 
don't suppose many people use it.

For general analysis of COM projects, the Visual Studio Analyser is pretty 
good, however, in my opinion...
