Could some one help me in Redimming an String array
While Preserving Its Old values..
Currently I's using

Dim Stu_Names(0) as string



While Adding a new Entry
ReDim Stu_Names(Ubound(Stu_Names)+1) as String

But this thing is clearing all the previous Entries....
