What do you want to sign, the message or the actual email? Meaning if
you could digitally sign the body of the email would that be good?

Subject: [pro_vb] Digitally Sign?
I'm working on a program to automate sending e-mail. The primary reason
for this is because the users don't have the ability to digitally sign
their e-mail messages which is a requirement of this system (we all know
how users are). I've got my ActiveX DLL up to the point where I can
automate Outlook 2000 to send an e-mail message, but I have not figured
out a way to digitally sign it.
The only constraints I have are no external components, Outlook
2000 (or later, I believe XP would work), and encrypting the body is not
necessary. The users have the proper certificates for digitally signing
installed prior to recieving their machines by the network techs.
Any thoughts?
