Please help very important!!

I am trying to use asp with peer server on  a nt4.0
comp.  It had Service Pack 6 on it but I had to
install sp4 to use asp.  Now I cannot access any of my
providers.  When trying to test an ado connection
while building a string to the ADO data control, I get
this message :

Test connection failed because of an error in
initializing provider.  Authentication failed.

When I installed sp4 I got this message :

The ODBC resource DLL (C:\WINNT\System32\odbcint.dll)
is a different
version than the ODBC driver manager
(C:\WINNT\System32\ODBC32.dll)
You need to reinstall the ODBC components to ensure
proper operation.

How do I fix ?  

Please help very important, I have no IT staff and
need to fix this today.
