You used to be able to download the eMbedded Toolkit 3.0 from Microsoft
Downloads. I think now you have to order a CD from Microsoft.

Unless you get the MSDN subscription, I believe the toolkit is a part of it.

Your other option is to purchase Appforge. This is a plug in for VB6.

Yes, you need CE toolkit for VB or Embedded toolkit for VB.
