If you use the standard Windows Installer 1.1, you can do all
the functionality that you need as well as other things
like write specific registry entries and such.  If you go to
the microsoft's developers site: http://www.msdn.microsoft.com
and do a search for windows installer, you should be able
to find it.

Best of all the product is free.

I'd like to crate the set up program. During set up process, I want set up 
program creates new folder and move files from souce to the destination 
folder. Anyone can recommend what set up program can do this? Can 
Package and Deployment wizard do this task?
