You can create a .hlp file with MS Help Workshop, part of the Office
Developers Edition.

> I have used HTML HELP WORKSHOP and i have created a .chm file using 
a .hhp file. But, when i want to use it in my application( for which i 
have creaated a common Dialog control) it is asking for a file with .hlp

extensions.
 I wonder how i can create a file with .hlp ext<
