I have a strange problem that is occurring in my program.  I use DAO 3.51
and I can't change to ADO until the whole company is ready to move.  I have
a local and a server database open.  The local databases are all Access and
the server database could be SQL Server or Progress.  If there is no
activity on the server database for 10 minutes, when I open another local
database, it drops the connection to my server database.  
My temporary work around was to read a record from the server database every
8 minutes.  This is fine for the short term but I would like to try and
understand what is occurring and if there is anyway to prevent disconnecting
my server connection.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
