When I try to instantiate an InternetExplorer object I get a "Class does 
not support automation or does not support expected interface" error.  I 
get this error in a Outlook COM add-in project.  It works fine in a stand 
alone project.

Also, In the project that doesn't work, i have two references 
to "Microsoft Internet Controls"  one points to shdocvw.dll and one points 
to shdocvw.oca.  I can't remove the one that points to the oca file.  It 
says "Can't remove control or reference; in use."

Help.
