Frankie,
You can think about Webbrowser control as about little Internet
Explorer in your application. But instead of typing your HTML file
address in address field, you give it through code. Webbrowser
control parses HTML and executes any VBScript or JavaScript code which
is in the file, just like Internet Explorer.
That's if your scripts are part of a webpage. If you just need to
execute VBS (not sure about JavaScript) file, you can use API function
ShellExecute.
