Microsoft Internet Controls is a good choice but it doesn't resize itself to
the size of the img and it shows the scrol bars. gif89.dll a free download
frm internet is a handy control.

Use the Microsoft Internet Controls reference - it lets you put a small
browser area which can dispaly animatd gif - just set the "navigate"
property at run time to the gif URL. It requires the end users machine to
have a recentish version of IE (v 4 I think but cant be certain).
