Can't you utilise the VB Data reports?

I am developing an app which requires a report to be printed onto an A4 
sheet of paper.  It will contain boxes, pictures with data which will be 
unique to that transaction.  I have tried using 'printform' But this will 
not give me complete page due to my screen size.  The systems they will be 
run on will have no 'uOffice' package running so I cannot utilise, word, 
excel etc.  Does anyone know which direction I should be looking in?

I am sure it is a simple answer which is eluding me at the moment!
