I agree with you but some time Employer start giving faviour to some of
his employee because they have very bad temper and they start ignoring the
people how do not like to complain.

I agree. What I said does not apply to all cases, however, it does
apply in many cases. There will always be people who constantly change
jobs for various reasons. However, creating a friendly environment
where workers feel appreciated will cut down the amount of turnover.

company I was with a large engineering for 7 years and only left because

was transferred to a line company who did the opposite of everything you
mention. On the flipside, I have to concede to Jimmy that I lost many
good collegues for exactly the reasons he states :~(
