The book that I am reference is: "Components for ASP" (ISBN last 4 digits 
are: 2-88-2)

However, there are a couple of other WROX books that also have chapters 
on ADSI and LDAP. For example: "ASP 3.0" (ISBN last 4 digits: 3-23-4)

Appreciate authors thoughts on the slowness experienced on first use of 
the object (as described in prior post).
