I have an application that installs software on a
users machine. Prior to installing the software, I
want to be able to create an Admin user on the client
machine, so all software installed is done under the
Admin user-id.

Any idea how I can write a component to create the
Admin user-id on the client?
The operating system is Windows NT Workstation and
Windows 2000 Professional, using VB6.
