pro_vb thread: COM to COM+

It does come with Windows 2000.  Right-Click on the start bar Select
Properties.  Choose the Advanced Tab and find the check box at the
bottom that says Display Administrative Tools.  You should now see it in
the Start Menu under Programs.  Alternatively, you can reach the
Administrative tools from the Control Panel.

I Don't have Administrative Tools > Component Services
On my PC Does it not come with Windows 2000?
