Where I can get RegClean.Not available on Microsoft site.
How it works. Does it remove all dlls that have no references
Dlls are "vb activex dll" created by me and registered using 'regsvr32'

You could try running RegClean. It is a free product from Microsoft.
Another question: Did you install the DLL via an MSI, or a setup.exe?
I have found that when dll's installed with MSI's are un registered, the MSI
will reinstall/reregister them.
