HI.  I am trying to write some code to read some data from a binary file.  
I know the layout of the file, but 2-3 of the records can be variable 
length.  I want to write up a control kind of like the ADODC control.  

My first question:  If you open this file in one function is it accessable 
through-out the code until you close it?

Second:  Is there a project reference that might help me out?
