I was wondering, is it possible to write a function in vb that I can 
call that will check to see if the workstation that program is running 
on has been locked (i.e. Ctrl-Alt-Delete -> "Lock Computer").  If so, 
how would you go about doing this.  I figure there is probably an API 
call but I haven't been able to find anything on it.
