pro_vb thread: Question about a Wizard

Thanks for replying.
 
I eventually had to use these and more string functions when I had to write
the code myself. Maybe I was not so clear on what I want to know - I will
rephrase my question : can someone please tell me how one can use any of the
Wizards (specifically the Text Import Wizard) via the MS Office Automation
objects / controls?   Reference to specific objects would be appreciated.

The Instr() & Split() functions in VB will give you the tools you need to
