I've installed/updated a new dll into my exe.  Since then I get the
following error.

I've tried unregistering and re regestering my dll.  I've tried msdn's
suggestion of selecting "unattended Execution, and "Retained in Memory".
I also tried resetting the Binary compatibility.  Nothing works.
Is there something simple I'm missing? 
Is there anyone out there who has had this issue?
