hi experts,
i'm using nt 4.0 sp 6. my vb app calls a dll in VC++. when terminate the 
app, it gives program termination at vb6.exe (ole32.dll) and when i debug 
it gives the follwoing error:-

first-chance exception .... access violation.

anyway, with win 2000, i can't regenerate the problem.
how to solve this or is there any work around...
