I am developing an application which will have some password restricted
functions. It will be running in an NT/2000 environment.

Is it possible to prompt the user for a password, and compare it against
their NT Domain password? If it matches, then allow access else deny?  I
know NT passwords are one-way encrypted, but is there some kind of API
call
that can allow me to validate a password against this?
