I have created a DB maintenance plan to backup my database every day.  The 
database is backed up as per the schedule everyday.

The file name looks like this : MyDB_db_200205071700.BAK.  

My problem is :
I don't know how to import data from the backup file back to the database? 
Can I use this backup file to create a clone database in a different 
system?
