I installed my EXE a week ago and it worked fine.  Came back from lunch
today and I'm getting this error at start up:

Run time error "-2147217843(80040e4d)"

Authentication failed.

The only thing that's happened since I left is that our server went down
and the brought it back up.

Please help!!
