Anyone on here ever do any development on Windows XP with the VB6 ListView
Control in the Microsoft Common Controls v6.0 SP4 Library and attaching the
System Image List to it?  I find it hard to believe that the only way to get
File association Icons to show up is to write the whole ball of wax using
Windows API calls.  For some reason, the version 5.0 SP2  MSCOMCTL lib
doesn't have any problem other than it's missing things that the v6.0 has.
Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated!
