pro_vb thread: RE: Strange memory error

Message #1 by "Joe Conaty" <joec@s...> on Tue, 4 Jun 2002 15:27:38 -0700
I have started to get a strange, intermittent error when running a project
in debug mode or running a VB Script from within one of my applications.
Here is the latest error message. I haven't captured them in the past, so I
don't know if the memory addresses change.

-------Error Message----------
The instruction at "0xedeb24ab" referenced memory at "0xedeb24ab". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on Cancel to debug the program
-------END Error Message-------

I then get a Just In Time debugging window (I think this is from my fairly
new installation of VisualStudio.NET.) It's message states "An exception
'Unhandled Win32 Exception' has occurred in VB6.exe" then it offers to open
a new instance of Microsoft Development Environment.

Does this look familiar to anyone?

Regards,
Paul
