I had heard that XP Home Edition had no or very little network work support,
may only be workgroup support, which would explain why you can't connect to
the domain.

 Does anyone can help me, why my project can not run under windows xp? I
developed my project using VB6 SP 5, Com+ / MTS, ActiveX Control, ActiveX
DLL. While the client run windows 9x, it run normally. But when I try to run
my application under windows XP Home Edition, the error message appear. It
seems that the
COM+ on the server won't executed, I guess this problem caused by windows XP
Home Edition
could not logged on to domain server. any suggestion will be much
appreciated, thank's in advance ---
