There are API calls to do it though. http://www.mvps.org/vbnet/ has a
good example on this.

I don't know, but you could create your own in about 5 minutes. A type 1
form with a text box (or RTF control) and an okay and cancel button.
Probably quicker than trying to find API calls to do it for you.
