1. Make sure each form's WindowState property is set to 0 - Normal at
design time.
2. Are you redimensioning the form in the Form_Load event? If not, try it.
3. Use the Form.Move method to resize the form (in Form_Load) instead of
setting it's height and width properties separately.

I have a problem whenever I load a form in runtime, it opens up much larger
then the size I specify in the Design Environment (by the Height and Width
parameters) .
I overcome this by dimensioning (setting it's height and width properties)
programatically but this cause the form to flicker when it loads.
Any ideas?
