I'm sorry. I gave you the code. it is correct. But the real reason is that 
you must run the setup program (Program Setup) from the tools menu, and 
choose printer driver. 

Or you can check you printers. there should be WinFax ... something in 
your printer list. If you do not, WinFax cannot convert the .DOC file into 
fax image.


If you can not set up the printer driver, reinstall your winfax.
