im testing visual installer, and i have a problem deploying the aplications.. it seems that get a 3447 error

The Jet VBA file (VBAJET.dll for 16-bit versions, or VBAJET32.dll for 32-bit versions) failed to initialize when called. Try
reinstalling the application that returned the error. (Error 3447)
according to microsoft, this is due an error with a file cald expsrv.dll, wich is needed by vbajet32 ...

i deploy mdac before install my application, try to install this file myself(registering it), but regsvr32 returns an error like the
file is corrupt... in the develop machine this work fine...

anyone has any trouble like this?? thanks in advance...
