On my system, I have a similar setup. I load the text to be spoken into
a table on the server, and have all the speakers connected to the
server.

Regardless of which floor the server is on, you are going to need a
common point for at least one PC to be hooked to them. Then, on that PC,
write a small app that reads from the SQL table and speaks the text.

Hi all,

I'm writing a program that speaks textfile automatically and it works
good 
when you need to have the sound at your side.

The problem is that the computer running the file and the computer who's

giving the sound of that file needs to be different.

My situation:

The office where I work counts 2 floors (floor 5 and 6). The machine who

plays the sound is in a server room on floor 6 and our desks are on the

5th floor.
So the PC on floor 6 should play a file on floor 5 and the sound should

also come to the 5th floor.

Any ideas ?
