Hi All

I've got a app that opens one file and generates a lot of files from it.

When I'm finished I close the files using close#filenumber.  Then I use 
these generated files to do some more work for me.

Well - it maybe closes the files but for some time or the other windows 
keeps it as open.  I experienced this before.

What is the windows api to release all handles to these files or actually 
that flashes it or something like that.
