Hello Matt,
My dear I have 20 years on you and I have to think that you are
suffering "burn out" or lack of enthusiasm. My coding endurance is
undiminished if I am working on something interesting. Working on boring

stuff, I have found that head phones (to block out conversations in the

next cubicle) connected to Rossini or Mozart or Dvorak works like aroma

therapy for me. My mood is elevated and I plow right through boring
code
and do it well. You may want to experiment with the music; not all of
it
works. Bach is too frenetic for coding, Verdi's requiem makes me forget
to
code. If you haven't tried Rossini, try some of his overtures. They
are
great. They start slow and end in a whirlwind. Do you know the music
played on The Lone Ranger? That's his William Tell overture. The
classical music or opera works for me. Your taste is probably
different.
Experiment. Best of Luck to you.

Or maybe you need a vacation.
