Thanks for the information. I am hoping that there is a more basic VB 
answer as opposed to adding yet another control to my project. However, I 
will take a look at componentone.com for other projects.

I know this doesn't exactly give ya what ya want, but go check out
componentone.com.

They have what they call an "elastic" control. Basically, you drop this
on your form first, and then drop all your controls onto it.

No code needed. It handles ALL your resizing for you; ang gives you tons
of flexibility over how the controls behave when the form is resized.

I don't work for them!! Their stuff just saves me alot of time ... and
is inexpensize, well documented, and stable.
