Concur, continuous Life Long Learning. I'd suggest starting with MCSD then MCSE then MCDBA then MCAD then MCT.

I didn't say "Don't get any title". I said, LEARN. For sure, being able to show  
a list of degrees *is* good (and actually I suggested, why not both?).
I am just saying, it's just a part of the whole thing, and when a project  
starts and you're in the middle of that, a very tiny part... that's it.
