AW: [pro_vb] Which file format is good?



Hi Ned,


I've made a archive, that is storing TIF Files into Oracel.
i choose the format because of Small size of text letters and very quick to export into this format.
but i got the files from a scanner and in this way you have to save it into a picture


in your way i would save it on standard word documents (these are  a few bigger but you don't need convert time)

Hi everyone,


We have a large quantity of MS-Word documents containing text and 
pictures, which we want to convert into some readonly formats like PDF, 
TIFF, HTML etc. The questions are, which format is good to store in SQL 
database in terms of space and how? OR any other solution to archiving 
these documents will also be welcomed.


Any help is appreciated.
