I have a program that will copy a picture from a web site and store it on 
the clip board. The issue is when I try to paste the clipboard info to a 
picture box it does not work the first time. I have to run my cut command 
a second time and then it will paste the image to the clipboard.

I have been trying to figure out a work around for the past 3 days and any 
help from anyone would be very helpful.
