You won't. As you have noticed it is a security issue and that is by design.
To make it a bit easier you should digitally sign your control.

Subject: [pro_vb] Problem in using my own ActiveX Control for my DHTML
page
Hello all :)
I am learning about making ActiveX Control and using it in my DHTML page. I
am using more than one ActiveX Control (such as Microsoft Common Control
6.0). If I use Microsoft Common Control, my DHTML page loads fine without
any messaging prompts from Internet Explorer. But when I put my own ActiveX
Control (I made it by my self), the browser shows messaging prompts about
security issue (ActiveX Control). Please tell me what should I do to load my
DHTML page without any annoying messaging prompts ?
Thank's :)
Best regards,
Bowie
