pro_vb thread: disabling the mouse wheel

You didn't mention what type of object you're working with - ListView,
ListBox, TreeView, etc.  You need to do a search (suggest Google) with 
terms
like 'VB TreeView Mouse Wheel'.  Here's one link I found that might be
