I am sure you are happy to have an interview in this market, but as someone
who hires developers I would question whether you want to work for the
person that is asking these questions. He is either a green rookie which
will not be pleasant, or he is a non-technical manager; even worse. These
questions have nothing to do with a developers ability to think logically,
solve complex problems, source answers to difficult questions, or
communicate effectively; which in my experience have been common traits in
the exceptional developers. I also do not believe that these questions do
not represent the type of knowledge that I would want my developers spend
time committing to memory.

Having said that, these are not terribly difficult questions and you should
have been able to source the answers without even hitting this list.
