Does anyone know how to get the Heading row on a datagrid to disappear?
Is it possible?  I do not want a heading on the grid but it always adds the
space for it anyway.  I have autogeneratcolumns set to false.  It occurs
when I use the ItemTemplate.  Even if I do not specify a heading text it
adds
a row for it anyway.
